Michael Shiers – Partner
Having graduated from Exeter University with a law degree, Mike worked in London to complete his post graduate training. He joined Nash & Co in 1993 and was made a partner in 1996. He heads the Injury department and has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Specialist panel since 1996 and is an accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Mike is responsible for Regulatory Compliance in the firm and for the firm’s Lexcel Quality Kite Mark Standard.

Marie Oxland – Legal Executive
Marie is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and joined Nash & Co in 1999. Marie’s legal career spans over 25 years, working predominantly for Claimants pursuing personal injury claims. She specialises in road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips in shops and supermarkets and highway claims against local authorities. She deals with high volume personal injury claims and is supervised by Michael Shiers.
Pamela Housam – Legal Investigator
Pamela joined Nash & Co in 1999 in an evidence gathering role for litigation matters, primarily personal injury work. Her principal duties involve obtaining liability/quantum witness statements, securing photographic/video evidence, attending site inspections, producing locus reports and plans, plus witness location and liaison.
